We have now started to construct a log building for Orkney Wine in Orkney.We have been incredibly lucky with the weather and the guys on-site seem to like it so much up there I'm not sure they will be in too much of a hurry to come home. Orkney Wine have there own website selling a selection of wines and liqueurs http://www.orkneywine.co.uk/ The building itself is made from 135mm laminated log that has been designed to put up with the extreme weather conditions this part of the world encounters.
